How do I start and end a sleep?
Tap the big Sleep button on Home, or the button on the Live Activity on your lock screen. Tap Wake when the baby wakes. You can also do it from the Apple Watch app or its complication.
I forgot to log a sleep or a feed
Add it from Home with its start and end times, or tap an entry in the list to change or delete it.
Restore my plan on a new iPhone
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open Settings in Slumbo and tap Restore purchases.
Cancel Monthly
In the iPhone's Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Slumbo. You keep it until the end of the month you paid for.
My partner
Family in Slumbo creates a partner code. Joining a partner isn't switched on in this version yet; it arrives with partner sync.
Export or delete my data
Settings > Export to CSV makes a spreadsheet of your log. Settings > Delete account deletes your account. If your partner is still in the family, the shared log stays with them; otherwise it is deleted too.
